Building Good Relationships

This week we were delighted to see Stacey, our Business Development Executive, feature in the Evening Echo WOW! Supplement in the “My Career” section. In the article Stacey speaks about her career and how she got to where she is today. She speaks a lot about relationships and the importance of them in every aspect of life.

“Being able to build good relationships with people and clients is a huge benefit. You need to be able to build rapport with clients so you can form lasting relationships.”

As we are going through a period of transition in our office at the moment, as a team we have become very mindful of each other and we try and support each other as much as we can. Transition can be a challenging time for everyone and we are conscious that people have different ways of coping with this. Together we have tried to come up with ways in which we can feel more connected and respectful towards each other. We do this by having weekly check ins to see how everyone is coping with their tasks and work load and we all know if we need an extra bit of support the rest of the team is there to help. We also make time each day to break for tea/coffee and have a catch up on things going on outside of work.

“My team are great; we are a small team so it is important to support each other.”

Relationships are at the heart of what we do here at Ag Eisteacht, so it is importance for us as a team to have strong and respectful relationships with one another.

“At the end of the day, whatever job you have, it’s all about getting on with people and respecting them”
