Reflecting, reviewing, revising and reconnecting were at the fore of our trainer update day which was held yesterday in Nano Nagle place. We hold an update day for our Trainers annually so that we can see how our trainers are finding delivering the ABLE training, and let them know of changes to the programme for the next 12 months.
The day began with a reflective exercise led by Martin O’Connor. Each member of the Ag Eisteacht team was asked to bring a personally significant object with them that with the intention of sharing:

Thérèse provided a review of the ABLE training delivered thus far and fed back to the trainers the excellent feedback the courses have been generating. This proved to be a positive affirmation of both the ABLE programme and the ability of our trainers to engage with the various practitioners they come into contact with.
Here at Ag Eisteacht we are constantly striving to improve our offerings- making them more tailored and more relevant to front-line practitioners in 2017 Ireland.
